Is Citrix the same as WESPaC?

Citrix Accounts:

Citrix accounts are administered at the ESD105. They are setup for anyone who needs access to the WISE Desktop. ESD105 handles all of the New Accounts, Deletion of Old Accounts, and Password Resets.

WESPaC (Skyward) Accounts:

WESPaC (Skyward) Accounts are administered at a district level. They are setup locally to give district users access to web based programs (Example: EA+). Local Admin’s at the District level handle creating New Accounts, Deleting Old Accounts, Password Resets, and Security Clearance. ESD105 does not have permissions to do any of the above account functions.

Fiscal users please e-mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . The following info needs to be given during your request. Users full name, Users district/school, Users full e-mail address, and position title.

Request a new Citrix password

Please e-mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to request a new Citrix password. Include your full name and your Citrix user name.

How to install Citrix

Open Firefox or Internet Explorer

Type in the address bar Bookmark.WSIPC.org

Select on your Districts Name(example: ESD105)A new window will open with available URL’s.

Scroll down to Citrix Clients

Click on the link that matches the current operating system you are using (example’s: XP, 2003, Vista)

A Prompt will ask you to Save a file (File: ica32web.msi)

Select Save File

Open ica32web.msi once the download completes

Citrix Presentation Server will open in a new window and start an install.

Click Next when prompted

Accept the License agreement and click Next

Click Next to begin the SetupCitrix Client will now Update your System

When the install is complete, click Finish

Check the shipping status of my report

An operator can get you the tracking number if it was shipped via UPS. Go to UPS.com to track your shipment. Please include your user name, district, and phone number.
