Citrix Help Is Citrix the same as WESPaC? Citrix Accounts: Citrix accounts are administered at the ESD105. They are setup for anyone who needs access to the WISE Desktop. ESD105 handles all of the New Accounts, Deletion of Old Accounts, and Password Resets. WESPaC (Skyward) Accounts: WESPaC (Skyward) Accounts are administered at a district level. They are setup locally to give district users access to web based programs (Example: EA+). Local Admin’s at the District level handle creating New Accounts, Deleting Old Accounts, Password Resets, and Security Clearance. Scroll down to Citrix Clients Click on the link that matches the current operating system you are using (example’s: XP, 2003, Vista) A Prompt will ask you to Save a file (File: ica32web.msi) Select Save File Open ica32web.msi once the download completes Citrix Presentation Server will open in a new window and start an install.
